OUR CLIENT TEAM

At TSAVO Care, we understand the importance of providing personalised support to our clients. That's why each of our clients is assigned a small and dedicated team that works together to create support services tailored to their needs and aligned with their goals.

Your Key Worker will be responsible for:

  1. Gathering feedback from you to ensure we are progressing towards your goals
  2. Developing proactive strategies to continuously improve our support services
  3. Training new team members to ensure they can provide you with the best possible support

Your Team Leader will serve as your primary point of contact for:

  1. Any questions you may have about your support services
  2. Keeping you updated on any roster changes
  3. Ensuring we are exceeding your expectations and meeting your needs

Our Client Service Manager works collaboratively with clients, Team Leaders, and Key Workers to ensure that our services are consistent, tailored to your needs, and proactive in helping you achieve your goals.

OUR SUPPORT STAFF

We take pride in our Support Workers who provide personalised care to our clients. Our Support Workers offer the following services:

  1. Personal support: Our Support Workers provide assistance with personal care such as showering, dressing, mobility and transfers, toileting, and using communication aids.
  2. Domestic support: Our Support Workers also offer domestic support, including home cleaning, meal preparation, and attending appointments to ensure our clients can live in a clean and comfortable environment.
  3. Community access: Our Support Workers assist our clients in accessing the community by coordinating transport and building connections to local community resources.
