Some examples include lending a hand with yard work and maintenance, keeping things clean and tidy, preparing delicious meals, and even helping out with home office duties like paperwork and file management. It's like having your own team of superheroes ready to tackle any household task!
Paying Our Heroes
At TSAVO Care, we take care of paying our incredible support workers. Once the job is done, we'll issue an invoice to the person who requested the support. We work closely with self-managed, plan-managed, and fund-managed participants through the NDIS and their portal to ensure a smooth payment process. It's all about making things easy and convenient for you!
Safety First, TSAVO!
Safety is our top priority at TSAVO Care. We want everyone in our community to feel safe and secure. That's why we have strict verification processes in place for all our support workers. Before being approved, each worker must provide various checks, including a National Police Check issued within the last 12 months, a valid CPR/First Aid certificate, state-based working with children/vulnerable people checks, photo ID, and two reference checks. We leave no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring your safety.

Our Community Support team is here to support you with their health and safety expertise. We have a quick and discreet incident response procedure in place, just in case. Plus, all support workers are covered by our comprehensive insurance policy. We take your well-being seriously!
